The Nice To Fit You Mini Marathon welcomes children and teenagers every year who want to experience the joy of sports. Join the Mini Marathon – a running competition for the youngest participants.
The races traditionally take place on the day before the marathon. See you on September 27 – right by the Palace of Culture and Science!

The races are held in categories and heats throughout the day.
Location: Świętokrzyska street
Around the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw – right in the heart of the city.
Course lengths range from 50 to 1,200 meters.
Distances are tailored to the participants’ age groups.

Children up to 16 years old (born in 2009 or later) are eligible to participate in the Nice To Fit You Mini Marathon.
- Each heat can include up to 80 children (40 for the Bubble Run and the Elf Run).
- The organizer plans to run heats at 5-, 10-, or 15-minute intervals, depending on the distance. The number of heats in each category is determined by the organizer.
- Participants are automatically assigned to a heat when the entry fee is paid. It is not possible to choose or change a heat.
- Children run independently (without a parent or guardian), except for the two youngest age categories (up to 3 years and 4–5 years), where a child may run with one parent or guardian.
- Older children with special needs may run with one parent or guardian after notifying the organizer when picking up their race kit at the Race Office.

Bibs pickup
Race bibs can be picked up at the Race Office in the Palace of Culture and Science (Plac Defilad 1, entrance from Marszałkowska Street). Parking spaces near the Palace are limited – please keep this in mind!
Please note that all participants must be verified at the Race Office before the race.
Race Office opening days and hours:
- September 26, 2025 (Friday) – 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- September 27, 2025 (Saturday) – 10:00 AM until 45 minutes before the start of each heat.
Verification can be completed by the person registering the child or someone they designate, based on three elements:
- The QR code received on the day the Race Office opens by the person registering the child,
- The child’s ID document confirming their age (a photocopy or photo of the document),
- Parental/guardian consent form (available on the website about two weeks before the race) signed by the parent or legal guardian.
QR codes will be sent by email and SMS on September 25, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

How to attach your race bib
The race bib must be placed on the front of the outfit. It must not be covered or altered in any way. Violating these rules will result in disqualification.
Participants must have their race bib when entering the start area. All participants must wear their bibs during the race.
The bib will display the participant’s category and heat.
Additional attractions at the Race Office
During your visit to the Race Office, we invite you to explore the Sport & Fitness EXPO – featuring booths with sports equipment, running gadgets, and supplements, as well as partner zones, including areas dedicated to families and children. Enjoy the attractions prepared for you.
The EXPO will be open during Race Office hours.
Group Registration
We do not accept group registrations – each participant must register individually through the Registration Panel.
If you wish to pay for a group of participants with a single bank transfer, each person in the group must first register individually. Afterwards, a collective Pro Forma invoice can be requested.
- During registration, participants should not mark the invoice option or enter invoice details, nor should they pay for their entry individually.
- o receive a Pro Forma invoice, please send the following to [email protected]: invoice details, the number and list of participants (including registration numbers), information on the selected race pack option and race distance.
Pro-Forma invoices are issued only for groups of at least two participants (it is not possible to receive a Pro-Forma invoice for a single entry).
Once the payment based on the Pro-Forma invoice has been received, all athletes on the list will be assigned their start numbers.
Invoice
Participants who wish to receive an invoice for their entry fee should select the appropriate option in the registration form and provide the required billing details..
The invoice will be generated automatically after the payment is recorded and will be available for download from the participant’s profile no later than the 15th day of the month following the month of payment.
In accordance with tax regulations, since the payment is made before the service is provided, a pro forma (advance) invoice will be issued for the full amount paid. This advance invoice also serves as the final invoice.
In order to receive a Pro-Forma invoice, it is necessary to send: invoice details, the number and list of participants (with registration numbers) together with information about the chosen race package option to the address [email protected].
Pro-Forma invoices are issued for at least two participants (it is not possible to receive a Pro-Forma for a single participant).

The number of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Palace of Culture and Science is limited. We recommend using the metro – the nearest station is Centrum (M1).

Categories and rounds
Assignment to a specific round is made automatically during registration.
The timetable of rounds will be published closer to the start. Follow our announcements!
- At the start of the races, listen to the announcer’s messages and the instructions of the event staff. They will be responsible for informing participants and guardians, and for order in the zone.
Finish line details
Behind the finish line, parents and guardians may wait for the participants – please remain calm and patient while waiting for your young runner. Remember that this day should be free of stress!
Awards ceremony
The winners of places I – III in the general classifications of girls and boys in each age category will receive commemorative trophies.
The award ceremonies take place in the finish zone, after the completion of all races in the given age category.
