This fall, Warsaw will host not only thousands of individual runners, but also a groundbreaking team competition for amateur athletes. Introducing TeamUp! Everyone!, a brand-new competition format at the 47th Nationale-Nederlanden Warsaw Marathon – one of the largest and most prestigious road races in Central and Eastern Europe.

TeamUp! Everyone! is designed for everyday runners who are passionate about the sport and eager to experience the thrill of competing like professionals. The concept is simple: form a team of 3 or 4 registered marathon participants – regardless of gender or skill level – and take on the challenge together. A total prize pool of 24,000 PLN (approx. €5,600) will be awarded to the top five teams, making this one of the most exciting opportunities for amateur athletes on the marathon calendar.

What makes the competition unique is its fair and inclusive scoring system. All finishing times are converted into points using the official World Athletics scoring tables, which ensures that performances by men and women are evaluated equally. This allows mixed-gender teams to compete on equal footing, and gives every group – no matter their makeup – a fair shot at the podium.

Each team’s final score is calculated based on the three highest individual point totals among its members. This gives teams flexibility in their lineup and strategy while ensuring the overall competition remains exciting and dynamic. It’s a celebration of amateur sport that values effort and teamwork.

Participation in TeamUp! Everyone! is completely free, provided all team members have valid race bibs for the 47th Warsaw Marathon. Registrations are open!

Another proof that this year’s Warsaw Marathon will go down in running history! For the first time in Poland, we will provide such a wide range of pacemakers, so that every runner, regardless of their level, can fight for their dream result.

From 2:30 up to 5:30 — you will find as many as 26 pacemaker groups on the course! This is an unprecedented number of pace setters, allowing both experienced marathoners aiming for a personal best and debutants who want to safely finish their first marathon to join the right group and achieve their goal.

We believe that everyone runs with us to set a personal record! Thanks to such a rich lineup of pacemakers, even if you are taking your first steps on the royal distance, you will be able to connect with the right pacer and benefit from their experience by keeping an even pace.

Special Campaign Terms & Conditions: “My Bib, My Motto”

Organizer
The organizer of the “My Motto on the Bib” campaign is the “Warsaw Marathon” Foundation.

Purpose of the Campaign
The purpose of this campaign is to give runners the opportunity to express their personal goal, dream, or motivation on their race bib.

Participation Requirements
Only those who have registered for the Warsaw Marathon and have been assigned a race number are eligible to participate. The campaign is open to participants who register from the start of registration (December 2024) until June 30, 2025. Filling in the motto field does not guarantee it will be printed on the bib. The guarantee applies only to those who have a race number assigned by the end of June 30, 2025.

The campaign begins on June 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM and ends on June 30, 2025 (end of day). After this date, the option to personalize your bib with a motto will no longer be available.
For those registering through the #BiegamDobrze charity path, eligibility requires that they have been assigned a race number by June 30 — meaning they must have raised the minimum amount necessary to receive a bib.

How to Add Your Motto
Participants registering from June 9 (1:00 PM) onward can submit their motto during Step 4 – “Order Personalization” in the Runner’s Panel.
Participants who already have a race number can enter their motto by going to “Registration Details” → “Order Personalization” and selecting the motto option.

The maximum length of a motto is 90 characters.

The organizer reserves the right to reject mottos that:

• are offensive, vulgar, or violate public decency,
• include hate speech or discriminatory content,
• promote brands, products, services, political parties, movements, or institutions,
• are deemed inappropriate for any other justified reason.

Organizer’s Decision
The organizer’s decision to accept or reject a motto is final and not subject to appeal. Participants will not be notified individually if a motto is rejected for reasons listed in point 4.

Final Provisions
Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This marathon will go down in history. We’re certain we’ll break our attendance record and become the biggest marathon in Poland. The scale of that success depends on all of us — together. Our goal? More than 10,000 champions crossed the finish line. You are the ones making this history!

Being a champion doesn’t have one definition — it has many faces. It’s stepping out for training when the weather says “stay home.” It’s choosing one more kilometer instead of a break. It’s balancing passion with responsibilities. It’s the courage to dream — and take action.

We have a few months of preparation ahead. During this time, we’ll be reminding you that each of you is a champion, and we’ll do everything to make sure you feel it at the finish line. We’ll be gradually revealing more about what’s in store. But here’s what we can already share:

✅ We’re increasing the number of pacemakers so that more runners get support in chasing their personal bests. Pacers will run in 5-minute intervals — starting from 2:30!

✅ Making your marathon debut? A special First-Timers Zone at the expo and before the race will help you focus only on your run.

✅ Expect over 30 cheering points and a spectacular atmosphere along the route!

The Nationale-Nederlanden Warsaw Marathon will also host the Polish Marathon Championships, where the best Polish athletes will battle for titles and records.

We’re excited to reveal the official route of this year’s Nice To Fit You 10K! Just like in previous editions, the course will take you through central Warsaw – along wide city streets, past modern skyscrapers, along the Vistula River, and through the scenic Skaryszewski Park – one of the largest parks in the city. It’s a rare opportunity to experience parts of Warsaw that are usually off-limits to runners!

Designed for all kinds of participants, the route is perfect whether you’re chasing a new personal best or simply looking to enjoy the run at your own pace. One thing is sure – it’s going to be an unforgettable experience filled with energy, stunning views, and good vibes.
