Race office is open at the location only on September 27th and 28th! It is not possible to pick up the race kit on race day. To pick up your race kit, bring photo ID.
You can have a friend or family member pick up your race kit as long as they present your race card (signed by you) and photocopy of your photo ID.

HOW TO GET TO THE RACE OFFICE
On September 27th and 28th, during race office opening hours, a special bus line “300” will run with the route:
Metro Wilanowska
Puławska str (Al. Lotników stop)
Al. Wyścigowa (Wyścigi stop)
Racetrack area (Tor Służewiec stop)
The bus leaves approximately every half-hour.:
Friday: 11:30–20:30
Saturday: 9:30–20:30

We encourage you to come by bike. 50 bicycle stands will be available.
There is a car park in front of the Służewiec Racetrack, but the number of parking spaces will be limited.

If you will be collecting your race kit yourself – you only need your photo ID.

If you want someone else to collect your race kit – print and sign your race card (available for download from your account on our registration panel) and attach a copy of your photo ID.

IMPORTATNT!
Be sure to pick up your kid’s race kit before the race (minimum 30 minutes before the start). All children participating in the race have to be verified in the Race Office. Verification must be done by the person who registered the participant or by a person authorized. To verify a participant you need to have a race card (available to download from registration panel) with parent’s/guardian’s signature.
You can check the time of child’s start on the Race Card.

OTHER INFORMATION
On Saturday kids age 3-16 can also take part in All-Round Competition. It contains 10 physical tasks, every participant will receive a small gift. Participation in All-Round Competition is free of charge.
On Saturday (13:00-17:30) Horse Races will be taking place, entrance is free of charge.

We present you the official medal of 41st PZU Warsaw Marathon. It’s main theme is the Palace on the Island, located in the Royal Łazienki Park, which has been associated with our event for years. Every finisher will receive a medal on the finish line.

Next year’s 42nd Warsaw Marathon will be the first polish marathon race to participate in the Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group World Championships as a qualifying event.

Warsaw Marathon Foundation establish partnership with the new Age Group World Rankings Series.

The 42nd Warsaw Marathon officially becomes the qualifying event for the  Wanda Age Group World Championships.

Starting from the year 2020, Warsaw Marathon becomes the first marathon event in Poland to cooperate as official qualifying event for the World Championships for marathon runners aged 40+.  The first qualifying series had more than 50 races across the world, with the inaugural Age Group World Championships set to take place in April 2020 as part of the Virgin Money London Marathon. For the second edition – which the Warsaw Marathon will be part of – will have 175 events across the globe. The spread of the selected marathon events creates a truly global series throughout the year and the venue for the 2021 World Championships will be announced later this year.

More than 125,000 runners aged 40+ participate in AbbottWMM races each year and this new system will allow even more runners to become a part of the AbbottWMM family. Our system gives runners a chance to run all over the world and all across the calendar on a truly global stage. We want to give them a chance to gain recognition like never before.”

Participants in an AbbottWMM Wanda Age Group World Ranking qualifying race will earn points according to their age, time and gender, aligned with the following age groups for men and women: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

The participants of the two previous editions of our out-of-this-world competition – in 2017 and 2018 – have already found that out. Two years ago the contest was for flight tickets to Los Angeles and race kits for the marathon in the City of Angels. In 2018, the prize was a flight to Singapore and entry to the marathon in the Lion City. What we have for you in 2019 is a real hit! LOT Polish Airlines is opening a new Warsaw-MIAMI route and it will be there that the winner will be able to enter the marathon!
The first passengers will enjoy the direct connection WARSAW-MIAMI launched by LOT – the official partner of the 14th PZU Warsaw Half Marathon and the 41st Warsaw Marathon – in June. It will be the 14th long-haul route on which LOT’s Dreamliner will fly. The winner of our competition will have the opportunity to personally check the most convenient direct flight from Warsaw, as well as to experience the emotions, views and energy connected with running a marathon in the heart of the Sunshine State – Florida.
Everyone who has decided to take part in the 14th PZU Warsaw Half Marathon has a chance to become the owner of a voucher for a double flight return ticket on the Warsaw-MIAMI-Warsaw route and two race entries for the MIAMI MARATHON on February 9th, 2020.

Sounds inviting? All you need to do is:

1.  Finish the 14th PZU Warsaw Half Marathon.
2. Enter the competition, make a 30-second video and convince us that you should win the prize
3. Finish the 41st Warsaw Marathon then wait for a message from us.

The Race Office will be located at the Palace of Culture and Science (plac Defild 1) and it will be open only on 28th and 29th September 2018.

Race office opening hours:
28th of September 2018 (Friday) – 12:00 pm. – 8:00 pm.
29th of September 2018 (Saturday) – 10:00 am. – 8:00 pm.
Attention! The race office will be closed on the day of the race.

Remember! Your race kit can be collected by other person provided he/she has your personal race card (signed) and copy of your ID. Your race card is available to print out from your personal profile on registration site.
